As a general guide: rentals of 20–40 totes can be reserved as little as 48 hours before your delivery date (based on availability), while orders of 55 or more totes require a minimum of 4 days' notice. If your move date is flexible, we recommend booking as soon as you know it — especially during busy moving season.Â

Yes, A $100 refundable equipment deposit is collected to secure the rental equipment. The deposit will be refunded after all totes, dollies, and rental items are picked up and inspected. Any missing, damaged, cracked, excessively dirty, stained, or unreturned items may be deducted from the deposit based on Mile High Totes’ replacement and cleaning fees. If fees exceed the $100 deposit, customer is responsible for the remaining balance. Lost/damaged tote: $25 each | Lost/damaged dolly: $40Â
