The earlier, the better! Booking ahead ensures we have your totes ready and waiting. As a general guide: rentals of 20–40 totes can be reserved as little as 48 hours before your delivery date (based on availability), while orders of 55 or more totes require a minimum of 4 days' notice. If your move date is flexible, we recommend booking as soon as you know it — especially during busy moving season. 

We deliver clean, reusable moving totes and a dolly to your Denver address at your scheduled delivery time. After your move is complete, we pick everything up from your new location - no cleaning required! 

No problem!  Contact us to extend your rental period for 50% off the consecutive weeks. We offer flexible rental terms to match your moving timeline. 

Not at all! Simply empty the boxes and leave them for pickup. We professionally clean and sanitize all our moving totes between rentals.  Totes should be returned in a reasonably clean condition — free of food residue, liquids, pet hair, dirt, and debris. If totes are returned in an excessively dirty condition, a cleaning fee of $5 per tote will apply.

The recommendations below are general guidelines only:

• Studio Apartment: 20–25 totes
• 1 Bedroom: 25–35 totes
• 2 Bedroom: 35–50 totes
• 3 Bedroom: 50–75 totes
• 4+ Bedroom: 75–100+ totes

Keep in mind that every household is different. Someone with minimal furniture and belongings may need fewer totes, while collectors, families, home businesses, garages, workshops, basements, and storage units may require significantly more.

No problem! Additional totes are available based on inventory.

Yes,  A $100 refundable equipment deposit is collected to secure the rental equipment. The deposit will be refunded after all totes, dollies, and rental items are picked up and inspected. Any missing, damaged, cracked, excessively dirty, stained, or unreturned items may be deducted from the deposit based on Mile High Totes’ replacement and cleaning fees. If fees exceed the $100 deposit, customer is responsible for the remaining balance. Lost/damaged tote: $25 each | Lost/damaged dolly: $40
