Rental Information

✔ Reserve your totes (48 hours in advance). 

✔ Free delivery & pickup within 15 miles of Arvada

✔ Additional weeks are 50% off the original weekly rental rate

✔ Refundable Equipment Deposit: A separate security deposit is required: $100 for up to 40 totes, $150 for 41–60 totes, $200 for 61–80 totes, and $250 for 81–100 totes. Orders over 100 totes receive a custom deposit quote. Your deposit is refunded after all rental equipment is returned and inspected, minus any applicable replacement or cleaning fees. Rental Period:  Rentals begin at 12 PM on your scheduled start date and end at 10 AM on your scheduled return date. Totes must be emptied and ready for pickup by 10 AM. If we’re able to deliver your totes early, enjoy the extra packing time — there’s no additional charge! 

Ground-Level Delivery 

Deliveries and pickups are provided to a ground-level location only. This includes garages, driveways, front porches, and apartment building entrances or lobbies. 

How Many Totes Do I Need?

The recommendations below are general guidelines only:

• Studio Apartment: 20–25 totes
• 1 Bedroom: 25–35 totes
• 2 Bedroom: 35–50 totes
• 3 Bedroom: 50–75 totes
• 4+ Bedroom: 75–100+ totes

Keep in mind that every household is different. Someone with minimal furniture and belongings may need fewer totes, while collectors, families, home businesses, garages, workshops, basements, and storage units may require significantly more.
